Usj21 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using usj21's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the usj21 platform (including the website, mobile application, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the usj21 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms apply only to users aged 18 and above. usj21 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is in progress.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under different identities is strictly prohibited.

- Usj21 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents.
Password & Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the usj21 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or compromise the integrity of the usj21 platform's systems.
- Coordinating across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in betting or bonuses.
- Uploading or submitting content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Using another person's personal information without authorisation, or impersonating any individual or entity.
Usj21 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to report it to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the usj21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. The following conditions apply to financial transactions:
- Deposit: Users may only make deposits using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned subject to current policy.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take up to 24 business hours.
- Bonus: All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements and limits specified in the relevant bonus terms. usj21 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means that violate these terms.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or financial obligations arising from their winnings or transactions under Malaysian law.
Usj21 reserves the right to withhold payments while identity verification or transaction investigations are carried out in the event of suspicious activity.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Usj21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: service disruptions, technical delays, errors in information display, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" and usj21 makes no warranties regarding the availability or reliability of its services at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the usj21 platform are the exclusive property of usj21 and are protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The usj21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. usj21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those websites separately before using them.
6. Account Policies, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Usj21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, system manipulation, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of suspension pending investigation, any valid balance will be returned once the investigation concludes and no breach is confirmed.

Amendment of Terms
Usj21 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the usj21 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
